The precondition for “Hydraulic Circuit Depressurization” routine as are as below: a. Ignition ON b. Gear box in Neutral c. Engine is OFF d. Press brake during Routine. 2. Perform “Hydraulic Circuit Depressurization” routine in service Tool. 3. After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec.(Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec) 4. Refer guidelines to replace AMT kit and TCU on the vehicle. 5. Before replacing AMT Kit with TCU which is present in vehicle, read the data from TCU through “Read Statistical Data” in Service Tool. 6. Store the data in Diagnostic tool. 7. Remove the two connectors from TCU. 8. Replace the new Kit and TCU. 9. Connect all connectors to the TCU. 10. Connect the Diagnostics tool to OBD connector. 11. Perform “Write Statistical Data” routine in Service Tool. 12. Switch OFF and then switch ON Ignition. 13. Write the VIN number inside the TCU. 14. Perform “Reset Data Group-AMT Kit Replacement” routine in service Tool. 15. After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec). 29. Turn On Ignition. 30. The precondition for “Clutch circuit Bleeding” routine as are as below: a. Ignition ON b. Gear box in Neutral
