The precondition for “Hydraulic Circuit Depressurization” routine as are as below: a. Ignition ON b. Gear box in Neutral c. Engine is OFF d. Press brake during routine 2. Perform “Hydraulic Circuit Depressurization” routine in service Tool. 3. After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec.(Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec) 4. Refer guidelines by Transmission to replace and fitment new rubber bellow on the vehicle. 5. Now turn on Ignition and crank the engine and ensure that engine is running. 6. Ensure that following precondition “Clutch kiss point self-tuning“ routine as are as below: a. Ignition ON b. Gear box in Neutral c. Engine is running in idle. 7. Perform “Clutch kiss point self-tuning“ routine through service Tool 8. After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec). 9. Switch on Ignition, Clear DTC and Check DTC if any. 6.11 Routine Procedure for Reservoir replacement 1. The precondition for “Hydraulic Circuit Depressurization” routine as are as below: a. Ignition ON b. Gear box in Neutral c. Engine is OFF d. Press brake during routine 2. Perform “Hydraulic Circuit Depressurization” routine in service Tool. 3. After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec.(Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec) 4. Refer guidelines by Transmission to replace and fitment Reservoir on the vehicle. 5. After fitment, follow the procedure given below. 6. Ensure that key is ON and engine is OFF. After fitment, turn ON Ignition. 7. Clear DTC and Check DTC if any.
