1.05L REVOTORQ ENGINE 118 vi. REMOVAL OF CYLINDER HEAD : 1. Remove the bearing frame by loosening the mounting bolts in proper sequence (Loosen the bolts from outer to inner side).keep the bearing frame on a work bench. 2. Slightly remove the oil seal of cam shaft. 3. Remove the exhaust and intake cam shaft from cam carrier. 4. Unscrew and remove the cylinder head mounting bolts from the outer to inner, in specified sequence. NOTE Gently place the cylinder head on a table with clean surface, and take care to avoid damage to the head surface, valves and glow plug projections. 5. Slightly lift the cylinder head to clear locating hollow dowel in crank case, and place it on a table.
