1.05L REVOTORQ ENGINE 131 iii. FITMENT OF CYLINDER BLOCK SUB- ASSEMBLIES : 1. Install Main Bearing Shells and Thrust Washers. NOTE  Ensure that upper thrust washer notch should be perfectly aligned on cylinder block groove and vertical grooves on the thrust washer should be facing towards crankshaft side. 2. Install piston cooling nozzles. 3. Install the Crankshaft into the cylinder block. 4. Install Crankshaft Gear. Install main bearing- cap mounting bolts. Tighten the bolts as per sequence mention below. 5. Push the piston assemblies into the cylinders using mallet. NOTE  Ensure that the arrow mark on the piston crown is towards the exhaust manifold side and facing at Engine Front of the block.
