1.05L REVOTORQ ENGINE 116 4. Remove the front cover bottom. 5. Remove the cylinder head cover assembly. 6. Remove the flywheel locking pin. 7. Insert the camshaft locking pin to lock camshaft by rotating flywheel. 8. Loosen and remove auto tensioner and idler bolt and take out the auto tensioner, idler and timing belt. 9. Remove the camshaft timing gear. 10. Lock the flywheel by using flywheel locking pin. 11. Remove camshaft locking pin. 12. Remove the water pump.
