1.05L REVOTORQ ENGINE 108 ii. REMOVAL OF INTAKE MANIFOLD : 1. Loosen & remove HP pipes connected between the common rail and injectors. Note :  After removing the HP pipes cover the injectors and fuel lines opening with suitable caps.  Do not reuse the HP pipes once removed; use new HP pipes at the time of assembly.  Remove Wiring harness connector of injectors. 2. Disconnect the injector back leak tube and cover openings with suitable caps. 3. Remove the injectors using special tool. SPECIAL TOOL  Injector Puller -: 2719 5890 07 02 4. Loosen and remove the cap connector of the HP line at the common rail end. 5. Remove Air Filter mounting bracket from intake manifold. 6. Remove the spring band clamp and take out the rubber hose between cylinder head cover and oil mist separator.
