1.05L REVOTORQ ENGINE 95 C. Front Pipe : Removal : 1. Remove the bolts from Closed Coupled Catalytic Converter end and Pre-Silencer and remove the middle pipe. Fitment : For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. NOTE  Use new gaskets every time while fitment and tighten nuts and bolts to specified torque. D. Closed Coupled Catalytic Converter : Removal : 1. Loosen and remove bolts (3 nos) from exhaust elbow. 2. Loosen and remove bolts (2 nos) from front pipe. 3. Loosen and remove bolts (2 nos) from CCC support bracket. Fitment : For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal. NOTE  Flushing operation for cleaning the catalytic converter should be done by directing dry compressed air draft in the direction of catalytic converter inlet, after removing it from the vehicle.
