1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 133 NOTE Ensure the flywheel in lock position during crankshaft pulley assembly. 15. Assemble the Alternator, Compressor, and Water pump. 16. Assemble the water pump pipe and seal by using special tool. SPECIAL TOOL  Tool-Water pipe installation:- 5424 5890 20 02 VI. Assembly of Engine Accessories driving Belt 1. Assemble the Belt tensioner. 2. Rotate the tensioner point by using ring spanner anticlockwise to assemble the accessory driving belt easily. 3. Assemble the Cylinder Head Cover to the engine & carefully placed the rubber gasket apart. (Refer the tightening sequence)
