HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 48 6. Disconnect the connectors and LV wiring harness connected to the DC - DC Convertor and Charger. 7. Disconnect the connectors and wiring harness connected to the DC - DC Convertor to PDU. 8. Remove Ground connection of OBC. 9. Disconnect the connectors and wiring harness connected to the charger to PDU. 10. Disconnect the cable connectors connected to the charger to vehicle inlet connection. 11. Remove the +ve terminal of “DCDC converter to Aux. battery harness” on DCDC converter. 12. Remove the DCDC converter ground cable on DCDC converter. 13. Remove the Vacuum pump (refer vacuum pump removal process from this section).
