BODY 19 18.Remove the dashboard along with other aggregate as shown, while removing Dashboard carefully disengage HVAC system electrical connection.  ON BENCH COCKPIT DISMANTLING 1. Remove steering wheel with Driver air bag (If applicable) (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). 2. Pull out Driver lower panel. (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). 3. Remove nacelle Assembly . (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). 4. Remove the steering column . (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in Steering section). 5. Remove combination switch assembly and ignition switch assembly (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). 6. Remove instrument cluster. (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). 7. Pry out gap hider fitted on the dashboard sub assembly. (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). 8. Pry out center facia and air vent assembly along with Hazard switch and Fascia switch. (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). 9. Remove music system (If applicable(For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). 10.Remove the glove box. (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). 11.Remove PAB Assembly (If applicable). (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). 12.Remove solar load sensor. (if applicable) (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in HVAC section). 13.Remove the Dashboard skin. (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in dash board skin removal). 14.Remove the PDC unit on the CCB. (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in Electrical Section). 15.Remove the Cabin fuse and relay unit. (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in Electrical Section). 16.Remove the window winding module. (For procedure follow the steps as mentioned in Electrical Section). 17.Remove the wiring harness fitted on CCB.
