HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 42 7. ON VEHICLE REMOVAL A. POWER DISTRIBUTION UNIT (PDU) REMOVAL 1. Refer Instructions for working on HV Components mention before starting work. 2. Refer Instructions of HV connector Lock removal process before starting work 3. Loosen and Remove the mounting screw and take out the motor cover. 4. Remove the LV wiring harness cable and connector connected to PDU. 5. Remove the connector and cable of HV junction box to AC compressor connected to PDU. 6. Remove the connector and cable of charger connected to PDU. 7. Remove the connector and cable of HV DC- DC convertor to HV junction box connected to PDU. 8. Remove the connector and cable of AC unit assembly connected to PDU.
