HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 40  SETP- 4 Push lever of PDU side E- Drive connector in downward direction until you hear click sound.  SETP- 5 Slide secondary lock of PDU side E- Drive connector ASSEMBLY SEQUENCE OF E - DRIVE 1. Remove Hv Terminal Cover From Motor Inverter By Unscrewing 6 Screws 2. Insert E.-Drive Connector Into Interface Bore With Interlock In Downward Side  Feed In The Ring Terminal Through The Interface Bore Hole  It Must Be Assured That The Peripheral Seals Are Not Day-Damaged During The Plug Operation . 3. Press The 2 Pos Ipt Housing Assy Towards The Interface Unitil The Hole Of Ring Teminal And Bussbar Matches.
