SUSPENSION 49 19. Lower the twist beam along with bracket. 20. Remove the twist beam cross bolt on both sides. D. TWIST BEAM BUSH REMOVAL Remove twist beam front pivot bush using special tools as shown in below arrangement. NOTE:  Apply soap water to the bush and the bore of twist beam assembly before installation.  Tighten the RTB pivot bolt in ECIE/preload condition.  No jacking to be done under the beam portion of RTB.  Avoid oil based lubricant while pressing the bush in RTB pivot eye. Instead use soap based solution.  INSTALLATION 1. Install twist beam front pivot bush using special tools as shown in below arrangement.
