LV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 113 MAJOR PRECAUTIONS FOR REPLACEMENT 1. While replacing the BCMs, it is suggested not to touch the BCM pins with hand. 2. While tightening the screws, tightening torque must not exceed 3. BCM upper and lower covers shall not be removed while verifying/replacing the BCM. 4. All of the service tool instructions for BCM replacement shall be followed. 5. Base and Mid BCMs shall be replaced ONE TO ONE in place of the faulty parts. B. BCM FUNCTIONS: The inputs and the outputs shall be understood as hardwired, CAN, LIN, RF signals based on the below mentioned color-coding.  Black: Hardwired signals  Blue: CAN message  Brown: LIN message  Green: RF signals 1.
