HV ELECTRICAL 1 1. GENERAL INFORMATION A. TOOLS 1. General Tools - Can be sued on mechanical components and maintain specified torque. 2. Insulated tools- Must & should use insulated tools while working on Battery/Battery box, E-Box and maintain recommended torque. 3. Special tool- should use recommended special tool only while taking out B-Box, and drive train (ex: Trolley). B. HAND GLOVES: 1. Nitrile - Must and should use nitrile gloves while working on B-Box and E-Box 2. ESD - must and should use while removing and assembling of any PCB boards (ECU) 3. Cotton - must use while working on mechanical components (brakes, suspension etc.)
