HV ELECTRICAL 51  Connections Removal 1. All connections are removed. Fix HV, LV and FC cables in such a way that when battery is being removed, cables will not get trapped and not get damaged in the process. Also, cover all three sockets with rubber cap to avoid damage to pins. 8. Loosen and remove the Outlet duct of between Battery and BCU 9. Use support battery trolley 10. Remove mounting bolts of battery as per sequence.
