BODY 49 2.34 ROOF LINEAR REMOVAL 1. Remove primary door seal of the front and rear door from panels. 2. Remove A pillar upper trim. (For removal refer A pillar removal process). 3. Remove B pillar upper trim. (For removal refer B pillar removal process). 4. Remove C pillar upper trim. (For removal refer C pillar removal process). 5. Remove the two sunvisors. (For removal refer Sunvisor removal process). 6. Remove the roof lamp. (For removal refer Electrical section). 7. Remove the three grab handle. (For removal refer grab handle removal process). 8. Remove microphone, if fitted . (For removal refer Electrical section). 9. Remove Roof liner inner cover by pulling it downwards. 10.Remove three screws from roof liner plastic bracket. 11.Remove the antenna’s electrical connection. (For removal refer Electrical section). 12.Fixing provided in between two sun visors on the inner of the roof liner. Pull out accordingly. 13.Remove the roof trim. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. 2.35 PLENUM COVER REMOVAL 1. Remove the bonnet. (For removal refer bonnet removal process). 2. Disconnect the negative terminal of battery. 3. Remove both front wiper arm and blade assembly. (For removal refer Electrical section). 4. Remove the Hood Seal. 5. Remove the mounting scrivet and take out the plenum trim brackets. 6. Pry out the seven scrivet pins and take out the plenum cover assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
