BODY 27 2.13 FRONT DOOR LATCH SR. NO DESCRIPTION 1 Cable between inner handle to latch 2 Cable between pop up knob to latch 3 Link between lock barrel to latch 4 Link between outer handle to latch 5 Latch REMOVAL 1. Remove the door trim. (For procedure refer door trim removal process). 2. Disconnect electrical connector at the latch end. 3. Push the pop knob downwards so as to in lock position to have better access to remove the links. 4. Remove door inner lock handle. (For procedure refer door inner lock handle removal process). 5. Disconnect the inner handle cable from the door inner lock handle. 6. Pull out pop up knob cable from the clip on the door shell. 7. Loosen and remove three door latch mounting screws. 8. Disconnect the link between lock barrel and latch from the lock barrel end.
