HV ELECTRICAL 37 G. PTC HEATER CONTACTOR REMOVAL 1. Refer Instructions for working on HV Components mention before starting work. 2. Remove PTC heater contactor fuse box cable connectors 3. Open Insulator cap of MCU to PTC heater contactor & PTC Fuse Assay To PTC heater Contactor. 4. Loosen and remove PTC fuse assy cable lug and Main contactor Cable lug. 5. Loosen and remove PTC heater Contactor mounting screws. FITMENT Follow reverse procedure for assembly.
