HV ELECTRICAL 32 B. ON- BOARD CHARGER REMOVAL 1. Refer Instructions for working on HV Components mention before starting work. 2. Remove on board charger 72V +Red (main contactor to charger ) and 72VGND Black (isolator to charger) cables.also remove 12V +Red (charger to Aux battery) & 12V GND Black (charger to Aux battery GND) . 3. Remove connectors PRU & SIU to Relay BOX cables .Remove Relay box and keep aside 4. Loosen and Remove Mounting bracket screws of PRU & SIU 5. Remove slow charger cable connections from small box charger. 6. Loosen and remove charger small box mounting screws
