Charge time may vary. Always use charging cable provided by TATA motors for charging. Do not charge the car if water is found in the charging port and socket. For normal charging wet port we can clean with cloth and make it dry. But if it is a fast charging socket, please contact the TATA motors Authorized Service Centre. The charging cable should not plugged in while servicing. Do not charge the car in high ambient temperatures. Night time is the ideal time to charge the vehicle. Power point socket should be provided with MCB for protection. Inspect charging cable periodically for any damage like cracks, cuts, ex-posed wire, etc. Replace if required. Make sure that the proper earthing, over voltage protection, earth line circuit breaker is provided to power source. It is recommend not to stay in vehicle or access the vehicle during charging.
