The diagnostic tester will show the following (A) This is valid for TATATIAGO1.05L CRAIL DIESEL engine VCU No. Text indicted Condition Description Normal/ Abnormal 1 Immobilizer programmed in VCU - VCU ECU software is Immobilizer enabled Normal Virgin ECU - - Abnormal 2 Engine starting enabled by VCU Original E-Key in SCL Vehicle Ready to start Normal Engine starting disabled by VCU No/wrong E-Key in SCL Vehicle will not start Abnormal 3 Immobilizer code programmed in VCU but not locked Pairing operation not done properly AES key is written in to VCU but not locked Abnormal (displayed only if exists) 4 Immobilizer code programmed in VCU and locked Pairing operation OK AES key is written in to VCU and locked. Normal 5 Fast restart inactive - - - 6 Key code OK / Authentication OK Successful authentication & AES key is OK AES key for VCU ECU & Immobilizer are same Normal No Valid key detected/ bad Authentication Check the DTC code in section 8.20.10 Vehicle will not start Abnormal 7 Free start inactive - After pairing of VCU ECU& Immobilizer, the free starts are inactive Normal 8 Immobilizer LIN communication LIN OFF/BUS OFF Refer Section 8.20.8 LIN communication error (bus off/mute) Abnormal Immobilizer CAN communication “OK” - - Normal
