HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 39 C. DC - DC CONVERTOR & ON - BOARD CHARGER REMOVAL 1. Refer Instructions for working on HV Components mention before starting work. 2. Loosen and Remove the mounting screw and take out the motor cover. 3. Remove the connector hose and Drain the coolant.(Refer Coolant draining procedure). 4. Disconnect the connectors and LV wiring harness connected to the DC - DC Convertor and Charger. 5. Disconnect the connectors and wiring harness connected to the DC - DC Convertor to PDU. 6. Remove Ground connection of OBC. 7. Disconnect the connectors and wiring harness connected to the charger to PDU. 8. Disconnect the cable connectors connected to the charger to vehicle inlet connection.
