FATC 33 NOISE AND VIBRATION WHILE OPERATING A/C SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS • Noise when compressor running at higher speed-Step 1-2 • Vibration when compressor running at higher speed-Step 3 • Hose or refrigerant line interference noise -Step 4. STEP INSPECTION ACTION 1 Inspect oil quantity in the system. Check oil leakage from any joint of Ac system Yes Top up correct grade and quantity of oil No Go to next step 2 Compressor mounting need to check. Bracket mounting to be check. Yes Ensure proper tightening of all related fas- tener No Replace AC compressor 3 Inspect AC compressor interface vibra- tion. Yes Check damper condition. Bolt tightening torque. No Go to next step 4 Inspect compressor Suction and Dis- charge pipe. Mounting clamps and rubber isolator.
