SUSPENSION 42 10 SUSPENSION PRE-LOADING CONDITION. 1. After working on any of the following fasteners, do not apply complete torque. Just do the partial or hand tightening. Ensure that no clamping torque applied. a) LCA front bush fastener b) RTB Pivot mounting fasteners c) Rear Shock absorber bottom mounting fastener. 2. Park vehicle on pit. 3. Load the vehicle with two persons in front and one in rear such that one person on driver and co-driver seat each and one person on rear seat in center of seat. The weight of the person seating should be between 70Kg to 80Kg. NOTE:- Loosen the fasteners partially ensuring that no clamping torque applied and bolt is not disengaged from nut. 4. Rumble the vehicle suitably 5. Tighten the bolt with the specified torque.
