1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 90 7. ENGINE ON VEHICLE SERVICE PROCEDURE A. FUSE BOX SHIFTING PROCEDURE: NOTE Fuse box shifting is necessary while doing following work on vehicle  Coolant temperature sensor  Thermostat  EVRV  Vacuum pump  Replacement of Bare engine / Half block/ Cylinder head / Engine Overhauling . 1. Open the hood (bonnet) of the vehicle. 2. Disconnect the negative (-) cable and then the positive (+) cable from the engine. 3. Remove battery & battery tray (refer battery & battery tray removal procedure from electrical chapter). 4. Loosen the fuse box entry & exist wiring harness before Fuse box removal. 5. Remove wiring harness from clip. 6. Remove plastic Channel bolt & slide channel towards rear for removal. 7. Remove fuse box mounting bracket fasteners. 8. Lift the Fuse Box Assembly and place at Battery tray location. FITMENT For fitment follow the removal procedure in reverse. NOTE  After service wiring harness fitment to be done as per production layout. Clips & channels to be fitted properly.
