1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 120 17. Release tension and lock the timing chain tensioner using locking pin. 18. Pin-Timing chain tensioner plunger locking – 5424 5890 06 04 19. Remove movable and fixed guide rail. 20. Remove the camshaft carrier. 21. Remove the Timing chain from the gear train assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse order of removal. NOTE Place the chain over VCT, exhaust sprocket and crankshaft sprocket in such a way that the 3 copper color links of chain matches with the dimple marks of all the 3 sprockets respectively
