1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 118 I. TIMING COVER AND CHAIN REMOVAL 1. Drain and collect engine oil. 2. Remove RH side front tyre. 3. Remove RH side mud liner and wheel arch liner. (Refer Body section for removal procedure). 4. Remove compressor and alternator belt. 5. Remove Vapour tube IC to venture Tube. 6. Disconnect the Hose connecting air filter to TC hose. 7. Disconnect and remove engine wiring harness mounted on head cover. Set the wiring harness aside. 8. Disconnect oil mist separator hose. 9. Remove the EVRV and hoses.
