1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 115 15.Remove the mounting rivets and take out the bottom sealing assembly. 16.Remove the neck filler assembly of radiator. 17.Remove the fan shroud assembly by removing its mounting bolts. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse order of removal.  RADIATOR FAN SHROUD REMOVAL 1. Remove the intercooler hose mounting and disconnect the hose. 2. Disconnect the electrical connections to the radiator fan. 3. Remove Catcon assembly for easily access to remove fan. 4. Remove the six fasteners to separate fan shroud. 5. Pull out the shroud from the top. FITMENT For fitment slide the shroud into the mounts till it snaps at the top mounts.
