1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 113  RADIATOR REMOVAL 1. Drain the coolant and remove the Coolant tank. (For procedure refer “Coolant replacement” in Engine maintenance section). 2. Recover refrigerant from refrigerant lines. (For procedure refer HVAC section) 3. Disconnect the electrical connections of the cooling fan shroud. 4. Remove the spring clamp and disconnect the hose connecting between thermostat and radiator. 5. Remove the spring clamp and disconnect the integral radiator hose. 6. Disconnect overflow tube to radiator filler hose. 7. Remove mounting bolts of the radiator filler hose and aside the hose aside. 8. Remove the intercooler hose mounting and disconnect the hose.
