1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 105 INTERMEDIATE EXHAUST ASSY REMOVAL 1. Remove the mounting bolts of the Intermediate exhaust pipe at front. 2. Remove intermediate pipe mounting with the rear exhaust pipe. 3. Remove all supporting rubber hangers on the silencer. 4. Remove the Intermediate exhaust assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. NOTE  Use new gaskets every time while fitment and tighten nuts and bolts to specified torque. FRONT PIPE WITH PRE-SILENCER REMOVAL 1. Remove the mounting bolts of the Intermediate exhaust pipe at front. 2. Remove the mounting bolts of the exhaust pipe front. 3. Remove supporting rubber hanger on the silencer. 4. Remove front pipe with pre-silencer. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal. NOTE  Use new gaskets every time while fitment and tighten nuts and bolts to specified torque. NOTE Ensure flex bellow should not be pre stress or bend & also ensure proper orientation of rubber hangers
