1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 55 COOLANT FILLING (DE-AERATION) PROCEDURE METHOD 1 Using Radiator Check and Fill System kit . NOTE  Prior to start the process, drain and flush coolant system. Kit Radiator Check & Fill system (8855 WORK 0087 ) 1. Take the specified premixed coolant in a clean container preferable having measuring scale, approximately 10% more than the specified coolant capacity of the vehicle (e.g. if the coolant capacity is 6 ltr then take 6.6 ltr). 2. Connect pneumatic line using commercially available suitable QRC. Install the cone adapter from the kit to the vacuum gun and. Put the coolant filler hose into the coolant container; ensure that the filler hose will always be submerged. 3. Insert the cone adapter with vacuum gun into the radiator filler neck (no loss tank) or coolant aux tank; make sure the refill hose valve is closed.
