ELECTRICAL 105 (B) This is valid for 1.2 NA NG / TC PETROL engine EMS ECUs No. Text indicted Condition Description Normal/ Abnormal 1 Immobilizer programmed in EMS - EMS ECU software is Immobilizer enabled Normal Virgin ECU - - Abnormal 2 Engine starting enabled by EMS Original E-Key in SCL Vehicle Ready to start Normal Engine starting disabled by EMS No/wrong E-Key in SCL Vehicle will not start Abnormal 3 Immobilizer code programmed in EMS but not locked Pairing operation not done properly AES key is written in to EMS but not locked Abnormal (displayed only if exists) 4 Immobilizer code programmed in EMS and locked Pairing operation OK AES key is written in to EMS and locked. Normal 5 Fast restart inactive - - - 6 Key code OK / Authentication OK Successful authentication & AES key is OK AES key for EMS ECU & Immobilizer are same Normal No Valid key detected/ bad Authentication Check the DTC code Vehicle will not start l Abnormal 7 Free start inactive - After pairing of EMS ECU & Immobilizer, the free starts are inactive Normal 8 Immobilizer CAN communication CAN OFF/BUS OFF Refer Diagnostic manual CAN communication error (bus off/mute) Abnormal Immobilizer CAN communication OK - - Normal Remedial Action Following table indicates multiple solutions depending respective case. Sr. No. Cases Corrective Actions 1 E-Key is lost Get New E-key (1 no.) based on key tag no. Key learning procedure is required. 2 Both E-Keys are lost Replace complete lockset (lockset consist of ignition switch with Immobilizer, 2 E-keys, front door locks, Boot lock & Glove Box lock). Pairing of EMS ECU and ICU is required. 3 Immobilizer is damaged Replace complete lockset (lockset consist of ignition switch with Immobilizer, 2 E-keys, front door locks, Boot lock & Glove Box lock). Pairing of EMS ECU and ICU is required. 4 If Ignition lock is damaged Replace complete lockset (lockset consist of ignition switch with Immobilizer, 2 E-keys, front door locks, Boot lock & Glove Box lock). Pairing of EMS ECU and ICU is required. 5 If Door or other locks are damaged Replace damaged lock only or Replace complete lockset (lockset consist of ignition switch with Immobilizer, 2 E-keys, front door locks, Boot lock & Glove Box lock). Pairing of EMS ECU and ICU is required.
