1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 124 10. Assemble the lower bearing shell to the bedplate. (Apply the coat of engine oil.) 11. Assemble the bed plate by tightening the mounting bolts. NOTE  Ensure the crankshaft is free in rotation.  Ensure the dowel pin. 12. Fix the dial gauge and check crankshaft axial play. It should be within specified limit (0.1 to 0.3 mm). 13. Check for free rotational torque. 14. Apply the sealant on outer surface of the oil seal. 15. Assemble stiffener plate by tightening two fasteners. NOTE  Mating surfaces of crankcase and rear cover should be cleaned.  Apply grease on crankshaft rear cover gasket. 16. Assemble Crankcase Rear Cover with Rear oil seal. 17. Lock the flywheel. SPECIAL TOOL  Flywheel locking Tool in Standalone condition - 2702 5890 06 04 18. Assemble flywheel by tightening mounting bolts.
