1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 132 vii. REMOVAL OF TIMING BELT 1. Insert the flywheel locking pin to lock the flywheel. SPECIAL TOOL  Flywheel Locking Pin.-: 2868 5890 0604 2. Remove the vibration damper pulley. 3. Loosen and remove the front timing cover bolts and take out the cover. 4. Remove the bottom front timing cover. 5. Remove both the lifting hooks.
