1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 109 B. GLOW PLUG REMOVAL 1. Remove the engine cover. 2. Disconnect the electrical connection of the glow plugs. 3. Loosen and remove the 4 glow plugs. FITMENT For fitment follow removal procedure in reverse. C. FUEL FILLER NECK ASSEMBLY AND BREATHER HOSE Refer Body section for removal and refitment procedures. D. FUEL TANK REMOVAL 1. Place the vehicle on a 2 poster lift. 2. Disconnect the fuel filler hose and the breather hose. 3. Support the fuel tank from below. 4. Remove the parking brake cable routed on the tank’s parking brake clamp. 5. Remove the four mounting bolts from fuel tank mounting straps and lower fuel tank gradually until electrical connector of Fuel Delivery Module unit can be reached to disconnect. 6. Disconnect the electrical connections of the Fuel Delivery Module and its fuel lines. 7. Remove fuel tank from vehicle.
