1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 100 C. EXHAUST PIPE FITMENT PROCEDURE 1. Match hot end flange & exhaust front pipe flange holes with gasket in between. Install along with mounting bracket 2. Tight the front pipe mounting bracket & apply tightening torque-2.3 kgf.m. 3. Install silencer and all supporting rubber hangers. 4. Install rubber hangers of main silencer on underbody. 5. Insert exhaust rear assembly into rubber hangers. (Ensure proper orientation of rear assy. rubber hangers). 6. Tight the pipe in pipe joint clamp nut by pneumatic tool & apply tightening torque 3.5 kgf.m. NOTE Ensure flex bellow should not be pre stress or bend as shown in below figure & also ensure proper orientation of rubber hangers
