1.5L REVOTORQ ENGINE 51 v. DRAINING WATER FROM FUEL FILTER 1. Stop the engine allow the pressure to stabilize. 2. Disconnect the electrical connection of the drain water sensor and also disconnect one of the fuel lines either inlet or outlet. 3. Keep a suitable container to collect the drained water. 4. Rotate the drain water sensor in anti- clockwise direction for about 2 turns and allow approximately 120cc of diesel to drain and then tighten the sensor. (Tightening Torque: 1.4 ± 0.2 Nm) 5. Reconnect the fuel line and electrical connection that was disconnected. 6. Drain the water from the fuel filter bowl during every service. vi. AC COMPRESSOR, ALTERNATOR BELT REPLACEMENT REMOVAL 1. Lift the vehicle and remove the RH side front mud liner. (For procedure refer body section). 2. Insert the alternator belt removal special tool (part no. 5427 5890 0602) as shown and rotate the crankshaft pulley in clockwise direction to pop out the belt; then remove the alternator belt.
