1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 110 10.Disconnect the electrical connection of the fuel pump module. 11.Disconnect the fuel delivery line and the hose connecting fuel pump module to the canister. 12.Loosen and remove the mounting fasteners. 13.Remove the locking ring. 14.Lift the in-tank pump carefully out from the tank. FITMENT Follow the reverse order of removal for fitment. INSPECTION Use multimeter to confirm that the resistance of the fuel level sensor changes with the level of float position. PINOUT DETAILS Pin No Function 1 Gauge (-) 2 Gauge (+) 3 Pump (-) 4 Pump (+) Measure the resistance in pins B and C. refer next page for values at different heights of the float.
