1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 122 4. Remove the locking bolt and take out the balancer shaft from the bedplate as indicated. 5. Remove the mounting nuts holding the connecting rod bearing caps. NOTE  While removing each bearing shell, mark on its back in case of reuse.  Connecting rods have to be assembled to the respective bearing caps, matching with serial numbers 6. Remove the bearing shell from bearing cap. 7. Turn crankshaft to bring piston to top dead center. 8. Remove piston assembly from the cylinder block using wooden handle of the mallet. 9. Follow the same procedure to remove the remaining two pistons. 10. Using suitable pliers, remove piston pin round wire circlip. 11. Remove the connecting rod bearing caps along with bearing shells. 12. Remove gudgeon pin from the small end of connecting rod.
