1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 118 9. Remove fixed guide rail. 10. Remove the Timing chain from the gear train assembly. 11. Remove the intake and exhaust VCTs. 12. Remove the crankshaft sprocket by removing key. 13. Remove the crankshaft gear by removing the pin. 14. Lock the balancer shaft in the bedplate using a locking bolt (5715 0310 9904) as shown below. 15. Remove the mounting bolt of the balancer shaft gear and take out the gear.
