FATC 1 1. FATC (FULLY AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL) SYSTEM FATC system controls the in-cabin Temperature of the vehicle by automatically regulating the blower speed, ad- justing the door flaps and compressor cycling hence providing maximum passenger comfort regardless of outside weather conditions. The system works to stabilize the passenger compartment comfort and compensates for any variations in the outside temperature and sun load by taking the inputs from Outside Air Temperature sensor and Solar Sensor . Manual intervention always takes priority over automatic operations until the user switches back to the automatic operation. Each time when ignition is switched on, the system restores the previous user setting when the igni- tion was turned off. 2. FATC SYSTEM LAYOUT
