TIAGO TIGOR CNG - SERVICE MANUAL

ELECTRICAL 65 REMOVAL: 1. Disconnect the electrical connection of Fuel Flap switch. 2. Remove the mounting of fuel flap switch mounting bracket bolts & take out the bracket with switch. FITMENT: 1. Properly align the switch with bracket & insert same with bracket with force max 40n (switch is snap fitted). 2. After snap fitment fit the perk clip & grommet on housing fuel filler lid. 3. Also, fit edge clip on housing fuel filler lid near to floor harness connector area. 4. Ensure proper alignment and fitment. J. CNG CUTOFF SWITCH A Manual Cut-off Switch / Knob is fitted to Cylinder valve. Cylinder valve is mounted on CNG Cylinder. CNG supply can be cut off by closing the manul cut off switch / Knob. REMOVAL & FITMENT: For removal & Fitment procedure of CNG Cutoff switch, refer Engine Section.
