HVAC 45 3. Pull out the filer from HVAC. 4. Take out the wire mesh. Note: Filter & Frame is Flexible enough to bent in all direc- tion by 45º. 5. Clean the wire mesh thoroughly and dry it before refitting. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal. F. TXV The TXV for HVAC is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. REMOVAL OF TXV 1. Discharge the refrigerant using standard recover- ing equipment. 2. Remove Mtg. screws and disconnect the inlet and outlet lines i.e. high pressure line and low pres- sure line. 3. Remove the Allen screws of size-4 and remove the TXV from the HVAC unit. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal.
