HVAC 40 DO’s AND DON’Ts (For Control Panel) Do’s Don’ts Risk Control panel of HVAC will remove as fitment not possible on CCB as constrain to console fitment Do not remove con- trol panel without standard process. First remove the Air mode Bowden cable by snap un- locking. Do not remove Bowden cable di- rectly and do not pull. Snap locked can be bro- ken if not unlocked properly Remove the air mode Bowden cable end locking point from CP knob. Do not remove the air mode Bowden cable without un- locking. Cable can bend if not handled properly. Remove the Temperature mode Bowden cable by snap unlocking. Do not remove the temp mode Bowden cable without un- locking. Snap locked can be bro- ken if not unlocked properly. Rotate the temp knob heating mode end position for ease of cable removal. Do not remove Bowden cable temp knob before rotating.
