SUSPENSION 47 17.Remove the twist beam bracket bolts on both sides. 18.Lower the twist beam along with Pivot bracket. 19.Remove RTB Pivot Bracket from Twist Beam. 20.Remove front pivot bush using special tools. INSTALLATION 1. Install twist beam front pivot bush using special tools. NOTE:  Apply soap water to the bush and the bore of twist beam assembly before installation.  Tighten the RTB pivot bolt in ECIE/preload condition.  No jacking to be done under the beam portion of RTB.  Avoid oil based lubricant while pressing the bush in RTB pivot eye.  Instead use soap based solution.  While doing suspension assembly, brake cables (parking brake cable, service brake cable, wheel speed sensor) should not be damaged. 2. Tighten the cross bolt on the twist beam Pivot Bracket.
