SUSPENSION 24 9. ON VEHICLE FRONT SUSPENSION RE- MOVAL PROCEDURES A. REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF FRONT STRUT ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL: 1.Lift the vehicle using two post lift allowing the front suspension to hang freely. 2.Remove wheel rim cover (if fitted). 3.Loosen & Unscrew wheel mounting bolts and re- move the wheel. 4.Remove ABS wheel speed sensor harness mounting on front strut. 5.Remove the brake hose mounting on front strut. 6.Remove the Stab link mounting on front strut. 7.Remove the Front strut mountings on Knuckle. 8.Open the engine bonnet remove the strut ac- cess cover. 9.Remove top rubber cap on strut.
