1.2L REVOTRON Bi FUEL CNG ENGINE 16 CNG SYSTEM TROUBLE SHOOTING Sr. No. Problem Cause Solution 1 Engine missing on CNG and runs well on petrol. Inadequate CNG supply. Check if filter is blocked or high pressure line is blocked. Ignition System faulty. Check spark plug and ignition coil Air filter dirty. Clean air filter Wiring harness Check injector wiring harness connections for proper latching, terminal loosening. Rectify Regulator Vacuum port blocked. Clear regulator vacuum port. 2 Poor pick up. (CNG Mode) Air filter dirty. Clean air filter Ignition system faulty Check and Rectify CNG Injector faulty Replace injector Pressure Regulator Faulty Check gas delivery, replace regulator if needed 3 Under-filling/no filling of gas into cylinder` Manual valve closed Open manual valve 4 CNG regulator not delivering gas Manual valve closed Open manual valve Solenoid not operating. Check operation. Replace regulator if found faulty HP line blocked Check for blockage. Clean using compressed air if blockage is found.
