1.2L REVOTRON Bi FUEL CNG ENGINE 134 4. Remove ITG Bearing Cap Lower. 5. Remove the cylinder head bolts. 6. To dislocate cylinder head, use a soft mallet or dead-blow hammer to break the head free from the block, if necessary. 7. Place the cylinder head on the dismantling table. VIII. Removal of Cylinder Head Sub- Assemblies NOTE  To avoid damage to valve tips, do not rotate the camshaft. 1. Remove the RFF along with Hydraulic Lash Adjuster from the cylinder head as shown in below figure. 2. Using Special Tool, to compress and remove the valve spring lock halves. (Compressor tool 2829 5890 06 05 & Rail valve compressor 5424 5890 06 06). 3. Remove the valve spring retainer.
