TIAGO TIGOR CNG - SERVICE MANUAL

1.2L REVOTRON Bi FUEL CNG ENGINE 117  LP FILTER REMOVAL 1. Close the CNG shutoff valve at the cylinder. Start the vehicle and keep running to empty the CNG fuel from the system. 2. Turn the Engine OFF. 3. Disconnect battery terminal. 4. Remove the air filter. (Refer “Air Filter removal” for procedure). 5. Disconnect the Gas hoses to the LP filter. 6. Remove mounting fasteners of the filter and take out the filter. FITMENT For fitment follow removal procedure in reverse. On filter, “IN” and “OUT” indications are provided along with poka-yoke arrangement on filter and bracket. Ensure that the inlet is connected to the regulator side and out to the CNG rail side. Do NOT interchange. Conduct leak detection test after the fitment of LP filter on vehicle.  FILLING RECEPTACLE REMOVAL (FOR TIAGO) 1. Close the CNG shutoff valve at the cylinder. Start the vehicle and keep running to empty the CNG fuel from the system. 2. Loosen the top clamp and slide down the collapsible hoses. 3. Disconnect gas connections to the cylinder valve. 4. Loosen the bottom clamp and slide down the collapsible hoses.
